What is with the prices on plushies? How am I ever expected to complete the collection when there are 100s of plushies that are 10,000,000-20,000,000sP?! lol!

Plushies are complicated. The ones that are usually 10-20mill are probably from collections, so they're that high because they reflect the price of CSC to some extent. Some are way more than that and buying the collection itself will be cheaper if you're willing to be patient.

Others are priced high because they're genuinely hard to find, like the Street Team ones and Staff has to put them back into circulation to give anyone a chance to finish their collections.

Supply and demand, much like what said c: retired plushies, token shop/crystal shop plushies, and csc/collection plushies will be worth a lot, simply because there aren’t many in circulation :>
