So when Frasier came on when I was younger I didn't care for it.. Same with Cheers..Now I've seen all of the original Fraiser (not seen the new one). Cheers I think I've now seen all of I prefer Fraiser over Cheers though..
So what are some things things you didn't like/care for as a child/young person but now do as a adult?
this could be foods,TV shows,music,hobbies,ect..

Naps.
I want all the naps I refused as a child. I am so tired.

Mushrooms
I went from hating them as a child to OH MY GOD AN ENTIRE CONTAINER IS JUST SITTING THERE I MUST INHALE THEM ALL
Lentils, spicy foods, cactus fruit...
Mine woof down such delights, and regret not paying more attention when observing mine mum.
Gonna have to learn on other terms...no dumb belles in mine kitchen.
It's odd I haven't changed much since childhood even in terms of likes and dislikes. I know I now have MUCH more appreciation for bitter and smoky flavors in foods though lol. I think if I knew one day in the coming years I would never get to have my dad's smoked pork shoulder ever again I probably wouldn't have complained as much about not liking the smoky flavor.
Maybe I should get my hands on a smoker and make some myself this summer. Though it might make me sad that he wouldn't get to try mine.

Pickles!
I used to think they were a few steps away from being evil or something xD Now I'm realizing they really add some nice flavor to my burgers...
P.S.
Though I have to agree with the OP on Frasier as well. When it first aired I didn't really have any desire to watch it. Now that I can stream it whenever, I'm actually finding I really like the majority of the characters and could watch the show for hours at a shot.
I've always been a picky eater no thanks to having texture sensitivities on top of everything else. At least now a days I try something newish every few months instead of every other year.
Asparagus. I hated it as a kid, but love it now.
RIP Mom, I love & miss you more than you know. Tell Dede hi.

ever since I was a child I've had extremely refined tastes.
I dunno, I guess like... maybe broccoli. but I think that may have been due to my family microwaving it in water with salt, when preparing it literally any other way results in something less mushy and sulfur-flavored.
They have a continuation of Fraiser out now.. But far as I know its only on Paramount+ and its only 1 season completed and aired.. Heard they were approved for a season 2 but don't know anymore than that other than Frasier brother Niles is not in the 1st season.

1000000% onions. Onions are life. I'm the guy who orders extra onions on things at fast food places and confuse the poor kid behind the counter. "Okay you want a number 3... with no oni... wait did you just say extra onions?!"
I also recently discovered I kinda really really love sourdough bread, and I thought it was gross most of my life, don't know what changed but apparently I am super into it now.
I have a distinct memory of not liking raw tomatoes as a kid, but I kept trying them in case my tastes would change. Then when I was 12 or 13, I began liking them. I think they taste just fine now. I have always hated black olives, though, and I still hate them now. I guess some things don't change.

My mom always tried to put me in dresses and pink/frilly/girly things and I fought her so hard the family story is that she only stopped because I finally full-blown bit her after throwing a fit. And I remember growing up if it was pink or even remotely 'for girls' I wanted nothing to do with it.
But in the past few years...Well, let's just say I have a tie-dye Barbie zip-up jacket, pink shoes, and like 4 dresses, a dozen skirts, and a slowly growing collection of pink/feminine related clothing and makeup. I've started painting my nails and learning to do makeup.
Having it forced on me as a child ruined my appreciation for things that as an adult I'm now starting to enjoy and find the awesomeness in ^^
Avocado. I hated avocado as a child, but now? I freakin' love it.
This list would be so extensive if I typed it out because I was a super picky eater as a kid. But one of the more particular ones is soda, I used to hate soda as a kid because I didn't like the fizz. Now if I'm going to enjoy a soda I prefer it to be fountain.
FOOD 1st: Avocado (I start to like them in my 19th...) 2 : onions (I use them daily now, I eat 1kg onions per week XD) 3 : dark chocolat (now it's my fav one)
RANDOM horror/spooky movies (I just couldn't stand them, but now it is fine and I enjoy thm (but still can't stand jump scare, lol) going to bed my little sister (6 years appart is hard when you are a child/teenager! But now I love her <3)
Apples, weirdly enough. As a kid, I didn't like them in any way, not even dipped in caramel or baked into a pie. As an adult, I go nuts for sour green apples, but only chilled and extremely crunchy. I'm still not a fan of apple pie, nor the other apple variants except cosmic crisp, but I have come around on caramel apples.
I actually like most vegetables now. Back when I was a kid I would only eat broccoli (the irony) and corn, but now I'll eat leafy greens. I still prefer that they be cooked though, only occasionally will I eat a salad.
Food a) green bell peppers, didn't like them as a kid. I like them fine now. b) olives, I didn't like them when I was a kid, and still mostly don't like them now, but now I'm just meh about them. As in, I'll eat them sometimes, but usually won't on my own. I'd pick them off pizzas when I was a kid. c) raw avocado ( I was fine with it in stuff like guacamole, ice cream, etc.. but didn't like it by itself), didn't like the taste or texture when I was younger and I like them now.
Clothing/Other a) Dresses and Skirts: I was more of a tomboy when I was younger, so rarely wore them unless I had to( for special events, school dances, etc.. I'd wear them, but otherwise, not really. I started wearing them more in my late 20s-early 30s, but still don't really wear them a lot. I still mostly prefer jeans and a standard t-shirt as my go-to, but I don't go out of my way to avoid them now. c) Make-up: I used to hate the feel of make-up on my skin when I was in middle school/high school so I just never wore it unless I was dressing up for something, a school dance, special event, like a wedding, etc.. I never wore make-up in my daily life though. In my mid-late 20s, when I lived in Taiwan for a year( 2011-2012), I started getting into Korean make-up products like bb cream and things like that because they felt lighter on my skin and not as heavy. In my late 20s-early 30s, I started wearing make-up more regularly, but still prefer lighter, less heavy make-up than a full face because I don't like the feeling on my skin usually.
