Hello! I just went to buy my first CW, but when I entered my password to buy it, it told me purchase failed with no other information. Is this a bug?

if its password locked, it means the seller of it has a set password for i..contact the seller and ask about it, but sometimes those are locked for a reason, be it a forum group exclusive(meaning only members of the group can buy it) or it could just be private and they only sell to friends
