Mine wish to go down miles underwater an hug one... pretty bug ❤
I love centipedes. thank you, humble house centipede, for living in my house and eating other bugs. wasps are a good one too. I appreciate how much they like apples. I used to get apple cider and drink it in a park near my work and frequently would have wasps show up to try to get in my cup, so we would hang out and drink apple cider together before I had to go to work. also a big fan of roaches. any roach. most roaches aren't even pest species, so they don't deserve the hate they get, but I also like the pest species too. we have some that live in the basement where I work, so we are like co-workers. if we're talking bug bugs, gotta love a cicada. I got to be in the center of that 17 year brood that hatched a few years back.
I really like bees, ladybugs and moths!

😰 I wish I could be that brave, but I was attacked one too many times as a young child by them... My drink would be chucked and I would be 30 feet away in seconds.
As for things I do really like, I would put snails and slugs, but you specified arthropods and they're squishy lil gastropods 😬 for actual arthropods id have to go with golden tortoise beetles, weevils with their silly noses, all moths and butterflies, isopods and all kinds of millipedes. Did anyone know that there's pill millipedes? They're like HUGE rolly pollies but they actually aren't closely related.

Probably would be my favorite.
I'm pretty basic, I love butterflies, moths, and bees. Mantis and dragon flies are also neat. I also like any of them that will eat pests from my house. :P Daddy long legs don't get the normal insect treatment in my house, since they pay their rent.
My favorite is the orchid mantis! Mantises are cool in general but the orchid mantis is such a beautiful camouflage job to me, at least comparatively to most creatures.
I also like dragonflies, butterflies, moths, and beetles.

I love so many bugs?! I am on hiatus from getting bug tattoos bc I have a snail and a worm and am planning for at least a praying mantis and a shrimp (shrimps is bugs ehehe) BUT!
I got to see a stick bug and leaf bug in person the other day and I just love them so much? I love that they look like little... things! But are alive!! I am also a sucker for bumble bees and wish they would all be my friend.

Bumblebees, honey bees, praying mantises, walking stick bugs and blue morpho butterflies.
I had the utter delight of going to the Smithsonian's butterfly room a few years ago and one of the blue morphos decided I was the best place to land. I could have cried, I was so happy.
Bumblebees and honey bees are relatively new, I've known of their importance, yes... but the joy of seeing them buzzing around me out in my work in progress garden (bee friendly and organic!) has fostered a new found love. I was able to revive one of the bumbles earlier last week when it was warm then it got chilly again, I moved her (assuming female because worker bees tend to be) to a safe spot overnight out of the cold and the wind. I never knew bumblebees were that fuzzy. And morning came, she'd survived. Some warm sun, some sugar water and a couple grape hyacinths (my grandmother planted them over three decades ago), she zoomed off after buzzing around me a moment.
And kid me loved walking stick bugs and praying mantises, that's stuck around.

Probably Ladybugs. I just love the different colors.

I'm not sure, there's just do many ;_; Since you said that arthropods, my favorite spider species is bagheera kiplingi... while not my favorite butterfly and ant species, I find the relationship between phengaris arion and myrmica sabuleti really fascinating! Also yeah, finally someone else who doesn't hate mosquitoes, they're just little guys and don't deserve the hate they get (just like fleas, ticks, mango worms, etc)
Death's-head hawkmoths.
Gods this is so hard....all types of arachnids, mantids... moths... centipedes are amazing mothers... scorpions of all varieties... All manner of mantids (I love devils flower mantis, a lot, and orchid mantis.) and goliath birdeaters, oh and huntsman spiders are amazing....those three would probably be my final choices.
I love mantis based insects as well as bumble bees. I am also a lover of wolf spiders and spiders in general.
You know, I never really think about insects but If I had to pick a favorite, it would probably be the Luna Moth.
My favorite is definitely the honeybee.
I also don't mind mosquitoes, but maybe because I am the last thing on their menu. I very rarely get bitten. But when I do, I like the itchy feels lmao.
Ooooh bugs, I love bugs. I wanted to be an entomologist as a kid but then I realised I would have to look at roaches and thats the one species I draw the line at lol
I'm gonna say the painted grasshopper is my favorite, with atlas moths and monkey slug caterpillars being honorable mentions.
