made a huge mistake

hello everyone, i recently thought it would be fun to make an avatar of heather mason from silent hill 3, but when i went into my wardrobe to look at my items i realized ... i don't really have much that would work! :( i'm definitely doing my own searching, but there's so many items on the site i figured i would post and see if anyone had any items that immediately come to mind. here's a picture of her as a memory refresher or for anyone who hasn't seen her (though i'd look up more pictures, since the full-body ones are too big to post in the forums, i believe):

i'm having the most difficulty with hair and eyes, due to the sheer number of items and the fact that i don't think you can filter specifically for eye items, just face ones. however i'm happy to hear any suggestions about any aspect of the outfit!

and in a similar vein, does anyone know of any silent hill tribute items, custom or not? i checked the CW tributes thread and didn't see any -- of course that doesn't mean there aren't any, but after a precursory glance in that thread and a few searches in the item directory/CW shop search i didn't see anything. i feel like i might've seen one or two silent hill-ish items, but maybe i dreamed that :P thanks for reading!

not sure outfit wise but as for items the only 2 Silent Hill things I can recall are

and both in the Antique Shop under Epicon 2010 tab

helmet is 31250000 and blade is 18750000

I know you asked mostly for hair and eyes but, well, I have a whole drawer just for vests in my wardrobe, so I thought I'd have a glance through those to see what might work for her vest, here are a few possibles: I like the first two best; the last one has pockets that look right, but I couldn't find any images where she was wearing her vest open. You might be able to combine it with one of the other vests or a tank top or something to get pockets AND closed vest, though, so I'll leave it on the list. For hair, I combed through my items and found these that seemed close-ish: The claire tied hair on the bottom will need a bangs item like the haircut coupon beside it to hide the little headband. You might also consider using a salon style for the hair instead of an item! I thought Wick and Thatch worked best, and Neat could probably do the job if you paired it with some bangs. If you want a starting point for colors, I thought hex codes FFE28E as the base, 633500 as shadows, and the standard white (FFFFFF) gave a pretty close match. And these are some eyes from my collection that I thought would work: For the ones without eyebrows, I thought these brows worked to give her an appropriate facial expression: And then because I happened to have an item already in mind, these could work for the skirt (they're two colors of the same item, I couldn't quite make out the color she was wearing): And I'll throw this item out there because one of the reference pictures I used had her carrying a pipe: I've included a pretty wide budget range, so hopefully you can find a good starting point in there somewhere! I know it's kind of a lot (sorry!), I'm just REALLY passionate about making cosplay HAs. ^^; Good luck with your Heather!

i definitely appreciate the suggestions for all parts of the outfit! the hair and eyes just felt more overwhelming, but i did try to start there and realize i might be a little in over my head :P but i'm happy for all your ideas! i did try messing around a little with the salon hair styles, i'm not sure how much i like them so far but i can play around with it a bit more
