can we please get an extra shop? or pay sp for an extra shop? kind of like gold accounts. or pay sp for bigger shops?

Edit: Total reading comprehension fail there on my part, you said it. :P
But yeah, I personally would prefer bigger shops to more shops, (The longer shop lists feels a bit redundant) but I can see how some folks need more inventory space. There's soooo many items on the site!

We legit had them removed because it was too much of a server load for +10,000 item shops. Why do you need +10,000 item shops.

not necessarily more/bigger shops but just... a better stock of rotating items for the shops we do have. granted, I haven't been here long but it's always the same stuff.

i didn't mean 10,000 i meant a little more

Which would be what, in your opinion?

do you mean npc shops or user shops/galleries
maybe 5k i'm not sure
usershops

And that won't be another variation of the same server strain because...?

your shops aren't even close to full, though...
I think they're talking about space in user shops, not the NPC shops. we have seasonal shops that update with new things for their respective holidays!
I don't think some kind of gold account bonus for shops would be the most out there idea and could be implemented in a cool way, but uhh... I'm not sure exactly what your goal is? it looks like you have three shops that are almost identical in themes? could some of these shops be consolidated instead of having more shops? I do think some restrictions are necessary to keep the site from being over run, as mentioned by other users, and in those cases we might need learn to work within those restrictions.
is it not already the case that gold accounts can have extra shops/galleries? i also thought a GA increased the stock limit but i guess i was misremembering that...
one of my shops is for items 4k and under. and it's already hit 1000 items and I have over 10k items to go through most of them are cheap items. the rest of the shops and galleries are for other reason's so I can't just use a second shop for it

it looks like your two smallest shops are "expensive" and "10k+"? so I still think perhaps consolidating those two into just "10K+" could help with shop space. if they were combined then you would have another shop slot available to you.
and sorry, I'm not trying to be argumentative here, it's just I, and a few others it seems, are confused on exactly what the issue is with shop space. again, subeta is a small site, so there do have to be limits put in some places. this goes back into working with the restrictions we have, which would still be the case if we had more shops. we can make choices in how we organize the shops we do have that work within these limits.
We can have separate categories in the shops themselves that can be used for organization. I agree that adding more shops is probably not the best solution. I'd also maybe re-evaluate what's being sold quantity wise, lots of cheap stuff, versus a lower quantity of popular more expensive items. That way not as much needs to be sold for the same profit.
Hm...
Well, hypothetically, if there were a way to exchange shop quantity for fewer, larger shops, would that work out for you? (heck, if it were meaningful to the servers and the tools were convenient, I wouldn't mind consolidating my current shops and closing a couple)
Iirc, I was able to keep a couple of shops near max at a time, so I imagine its not that impossible to be able to need more space, but if we're talking hypotheticals, I just don't think its worth the extra ask on the staff and stress on the servers.
Some things that might be worth considering if you have tons of cheap items in duplicate is to get on the forums and sell them in bulk to fragmentizers and Recycle Beast spectators for settled prices. Or maybe do those activities yourself.

I honestly don't even bother selling anything that's worth 5k or under... it's typically an item that's usually in stock in the NPC version of the store for cheaper and also in abundance. I just frag everything I deem "worthless" that way I'm not bogging the site down and also getting crystals super easy.
just my two cents. I don't think more shops or increase is really needed and avid restocking is all I mostly do on the site.
