I just won a jackpot from a Golden Glory scrcratchcard. but didn't receive the payout.

I have a screen shot if needed, but it'll be larger than allowed for images, so I thought I'd post here first and see if anyone else was having this problem. I'm fairly new, so could really use the SPs lol.

Did you finish scratching all of your six spaces on the card? Even after you get three matching ones, you’re not done with the card until you scratch six spaces. I just tried a card and it worked okay.

As Jess mentioned, it's possible the scratch card didn't register as complete. If you navigate back to game's page, see if it mentions you have a game still in progress.
