It's happened again, some of us didn't receive the new subscription item when we should have, our renewal dates were at a time when we didn't receive last month's item because we'd already gotten that when it was released the previous month. This has happened before, but I wouldn't be surprised if the delay messed things up this time.

Usually when this happens, the news post is edited or a staff member posts in the comments to let us know that they're aware of the issue and if we should send a ticket or wait 24 hours first. But no such thing has happened this time, making me think that the staff haven't seen what's happening, so I made a thread about it here. Please tell us what we need to do.
