I just achieved 14 years on Subeta back in November, so I came to collect my Loyalty Box.

But it's strange; it has a green 13* box for Year 13 which has been achieved, and then the next box says 13/14* and is red as if not achieved. Then the next is a 15* box.

Is this a glitch or is it like that for some reason on purpose?

You may have to go to your Dashboard to activate it. 😊

going to dashboard is how you 'activate' it, but its also down to the exact day/time you joined..so even if it says say '12yrs' but you didnt join til say jan 29th(even though it says 12yrs etc on say the 27th) it wont give it to you until the 29th
