Apocalyptic Apothecary is not restocking items. Store is empty

It's still like this. Says restocked 5 minutes ago but no items.

It restocked at 1:09pm, so I think the items are just being bought up for whatever reason.

I see items there now. Probably just a restocker.
No..there is definitely something wrong. Usually there is something in the shop and it was never (at least for the short time I have been here) consistently empty.
Sure..people buy stuff but there is always some items there whenever I look into it but for the past couple of days it has been empty and only having one or two items but after they are gone it is not restocking.
Cigarettes are just like squirrels; perfectly harmlesss...until you put one in your mouth and light it on fire!
