Some snowballs that I throw are breaking HA's and others are not working (they don't show up on the HA). Is anyone else having this problem?

The mouse snowball breaks the HA and it doesn't show up

and don't show up

breaks the HA

I also get errors: Oh No! An error occurred; please go back and try again.
