Throw a snowball at the user above, or just list yourself as a willing recipient for anyone who needs that achievement. 30000 is a lot of snowballs to throw, so if you have a certain snowball you'd like thrown at you, let people know. You can wear the available in the Millionaire Center again for 2,500,000 sP to reduce how often you're actually hit by snowballs. Keep those outfits clean :)
Remember, your throw still counts towards the achievement even if it's reflected!
