Getting into subeta, especially with my cellphone, has been extremely stress-inducing these past few days. I think I missed a Melody & bathhouse sign in or two. A friend has not hasn't been able to authenticate at all as the old email is inaccessible. Support here has not been all that helpful either. These transitions should be easier! Already so many of the original people I met here have left. I like this site too much for this to be happening. Do something please!
Hi . Sorry to hear you're having issues with logging it. :( Can you explain a little more about the difficulties you're encountering? Is this on the new kumos login? Are you getting an error? Have you been successful in logging into it on your phone since the update?
I have no idea what this project kumos is that appeared out of nowhere, but I'm trying to login on my pc, with my user and password like always (I set the browser to remember it), and it says "These credentials do not match our records."

Have you changed your password? You will need to in order to login. There's a link to change password on the page to login under "Subeta login not working?"
ugh my bad. i usually read stuff :P and find the way myself, but this time it kind of scared me and I didn't take a look around to see how to solve it. ^^v i used the password reset link and got in. sorry!

I was having the trouble wrote about. It was not possible to sign in at all on my iphone. I succeeded after a few attempts on my desktop, and then changed the password on my cellphone after. My friend here can't get in because her original email from years ago has stopped having access, and despite paying monthly through paypal, is not able to get in to validate. It's a mess and terrible timing around the Lumi :(
Yes, it's with the kumos site and new password requirements and email verification Even once verified I had a difficult time finding my way back here.
Have your friend email .net">support.net to let staff know she's not able to log in because of the issue with her email.
I discovered that some of the drop down menu on the project kumos site is hidden when you’re on your phone. That’s how I primarily engage with Subeta, too. But if you need to reset your password on that site (which I believe it will require us to do now periodically), click on your name in the top right corner and turn your phone into landscape. You should be able to see the end of the word “logout” under “profile.” Click on the edge that you can see and that will take you to the screen where you can send a “forgot password” link. Even though I didn’t forget my password, it just wanted a new one, that link is how you get it updated.

Additional feedback about logging in through Kumos:
When I click on the site link to reset the password, I get an email that says, in part, "This password reset link will expire in :count minutes." There's no value substituted for ":count".
Then when I click on the link the email, I get a page that invites me to enter a username or email. and the password twice. Submitting from that page reloads a blank version of the page, but neither changes my password nor logs me in.
The same thing happened to me. I was able to get it to work using a different browser, which makes me think that clearing cache/stored pw would maybe work. At any rate, you may want to try a different browser.

Can confirm the issues are still happening today. Had to reset my password through a page with extremely wonky CSS. If I didn't recognize the "kumos.subeta.net" url I would have assumed the reset password email was a phishing attempt since the sender was just labeled "${APP_NAME}".

I've repaired the CSS builder, so hopefully that shouldn't happen again (the funky CSS). I'll take a look at the emails too 🤦♂️

I would just like to join that I have the exact same problem. I have tried logging in on one European Android phone, my other Chinese Android phone and my iPad... And when I press the reset password, it just never loads! It shows me "Trouble connecting to website", you know that type of thing. So I can only log through laptop, because here I am logged in as I made the account through the laptop. I am going crazy. :") It's physically impossible for me to log in anywhere else.
