super cute! these are some thoughts that might just be a matter of personal preference more than anything else...

• the legs & feet area is very monochrome, so the shoes kind of get visually lost; i would try to find some little socks or something (maybe black or white/cream ones) to break up the pink and create more definition & color cohesion throughout the look.
• the cool tones of the hair feel a little stark against the soft pinks and creams. maybe something with a slightly warmer tone would mesh better with the rest of the outfit? (i'm also just not a huge fan of how that set of hairs are shaded, which is a real shame because i otherwise think they're beautiful and would have such nice color options if the shading wasn't so muddy and gray.)
• the lips strike me as very bold and dark compared to the pastel color palette and soft style/expression of the overall look. personally i would go with a lighter color.

again, those might just be a matter of taste, but overall i like it a lot!
