I keep getting blank pages in my vault.

I check all -> qty: all -> move (inventory or shop)

Then I get a page with just the header: Your Vaults Currency Storage Item Storage

and when I go back to my vault the items are still there but they say 0 in your vault

This happened to me as well yesterday. I tried moving some items into my gallery and got a white page instead of the message that things had moved into the queue. When I went back into my vault to check if the items had moved, they all said "0 in your vault." I never received an event that the items had finished in the queue so I assume the site just ate them.

I had the 0 in the vault issue after something similar happened to me when moving items to my inventory. I had to file a ticket to have the items replaced. They did not reappear on their own, unfortunately.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday when I tried to move items from my vault to my shop. I never received the event saying the process was complete. I made a ticket (hasn't been answered yet). I only kept track because of the value of the items moved was close to 20mill, otherwise I wouldn't have thought to check.

eek it didn't occur to me that the items were gone -_-; It's done it multiple times to me, heaven only knows how many items I've lost if it has eaten them.

I'm having this problem RN. Moved like 40 of the same item to my shop, the page went blank and now the 40 items seems to be missing. Appears at 0 in the vault and they are not listed anywhere else.

having this as well (happens when moving from vault to shop or gallery)! tried moving 4 of 1 plushie and 1 of a food from vault to shop & got a semi blank page, only the headers (your vaults l currency storage l item storage) showed up. 1 of each made it to the shop, showed 0 in vault. i account searched both, 1 of each in the intended shop. the (1) food was fixable myself - put it into vault, remove it. but the plushie: 3 are gone. wasn't sure if it was a one-off thing so i moved 8 of another plushie, now only have 1.

also did not receive the usual events related to moving items from vault to shop or gallery.

[sub]moving items from shop:shop, shop:vault works fine, it's just vault:shop moving by x, all, & categorizing works fine moving 1 item to gallery worked fine l doing this got rid of the 0 in your vault items ;; however moving 5 qty of 1 item to gallery deleted 4 (edit 12:21pm - items did not show up overnight)[/sub]

yes yes yes, this JUST happened to me. Very strange hiccup. Using Chrome.

The items DID move to my "shop 3" but there are now 14 items in my vault saying "0 in your vault." I opened a completely new tab, hard refreshed... I'mma just stop moving and pricing stuff for a little while. :) Be back later today. <3

UPDATE at 3:15PM Subeta time: the items are no longer showing in my vault and are still in my shop. Interesting... yay?

I did a bit of experimenting and it seems to only happen when moving things from the vault to somewhere other than the inventory.

More experimenting:

Moved 1 of 3 of a thing from vault to gallery It worked

Moved 2 of 3 of a thing from vault to gallery 1 disappeared, 1 stayed

thank you for the fix and the update. I'm always bitching about having too many items I need to sell/trade so if I have lost a couple of an item it was only items I had too many of in the first place ;)

Hello, it seems like I'm having this issue since yesterday.

I was trying to move 3-4 pages from my vault to two shops, I didn't get the page with the NPC telling me how many items were queued, nor did I get the notification telling me that the items were moved.

I had stacks of 0 in my vault, after some minutes they disappeared, but so did the 3-4 pages of items I was trying to move to my shops.

That was 10+ hours ago. There were a handful of 20+ stacks in the batch, so they shouldn't be too difficult to find, but I checked all options you can quickstock to from the vault, still nothing :(
