I'd love if we got a blurb, similar to plushies/beanbags etc, when in a sticker's item details saying if it's already in our album.

This feature is around for nearly every other collection.

stickers would be fine but imo wardrobe items would be too much server load.

i'm really confused by this suggestion... where are you asking for this message to be added that supposedly exists for other collection items but not stickers or wardrobe items?

the page when you click on an item in your inventory? because the "this item is already in your ___" message—which DOES show up for wardrobe items—is only there because it's replacing the link that would otherwise add those items to your collection... but there is no such link on a sticker's item page, because that's not how you add sitckers to your own album.

the item hover? no items have a message in the item hover telling you whether or not they're in your collection/wardrobe/album...

the page when you buy an item and it has a button to quickly add it to your collection/wardrobe, or otherwise says you already have it? again, this does apply to wardrobe items, but can't apply to stickers because that's not how stickers get added to your album.

For other collections (beanbags, plushies, trading cards, pumpkins, pastries, tiles), there is a page showing what items you have in your collection, and then there is a page that shows items missing from the collection. The sticker collection is not set up in this way. It would be really helpful if it was, so missing stickers could be wishlisted.

Additionally, check what stickers others have in their collection so you don't accidentally gift them the same sticker twice!

They just want a line of text when you're in the actual item itself from your inventory that says something along the lines of "this sticker is already in your album".

but people are acting like this isn't a feature for wardrobe items when it is. also, it wouldn't make sense to have the message there, because you don't add stickers to your own album through the inventory. if you have a sticker in your inventory and you want to know whether it's in your album or not, why not just use the "account search" link in the item hover? it's the exact same number of clicks.

I suppose it could be available on the self-stick page instead maybe? I understand how it could be helpful. But OP didn't say anything about wardrobe so I'm not sure where you got that from in their post tbh Someone else mentioned it in comments but it has nothing to do with what the post is about.

edit - everything is available through account search so by that logic we wouldn't have any other indicators anywhere because of that

I would love to have this feature somehow. The item menu could easily have that line of text even if we don't add stickers from the inventory. It's still a menu giving info on that specific item, it would fit to have it there.

And agree, everything is available through account search, but I still really appreciate having more info with plushies/beanbags/food on whether or not they're in our collections, stickers could definitely use this quality of life feature in some way or another.
