are there any items that give you an empty nose socket? the kind of thing you can see on many undead skins, like cryomorph, crystalitis, virus, blistered hearts. i guess just the shape of the nose socket on the skull.

This item has empty eye sockets as well, which might not be what you want, but it has the nose you are looking for!
