Does anyone know any websites that encourage daily healthy habits or good sites that help you stay on track? I often find myself near my computer while cleaning and I would love my computer to be a help and not a hinderance. I used to go to this website that had different tracks with one healthy thing to practice each day but it's sadly no longer the same site.

Have you tried Habitica. It makes a game out of your daily habits!

I keep a habit app on my phone that lets me check things off each day. There's also the Forest app which has a starter fee of (I think) $3, but it's so worth it. You put it on when you're working on things to help yourself focus and grow little virtual trees, and seeing your Forest grow is so motivating!

I'll look into both of these! Thank you! =)

UPDATE:

I found an app like I was talking about. It's called Cheerly. It leans more on creating healthy habits than my old one but it's nice and it's free (premium offers more of the same features daily).

I wish I could remember the name of the old one to better show an example. It had tracks for what you wanted to focus on; stretching, getting outside, grooming, cleaning. Each track had suggestions for that particular focus.
