I believe this feature is pretty broken. You shouldn't trust this information.

I know that's why I said I know it's broken in my original post :) But until they fix it nothing we can do but keep checking back to see what they're doing with it.

I made it up to 15th, I know I'll never be able to get the richest user achievement, but we can dream. how much sp did you have to make it to 11? I'm almost up to 2bil, I'm hoping they do fix this feature eventually, I would love an accurate number.
