I've figured out that if you don't find a bug one day the request carries on through subsequent days.

For two days now I've definitely been asked for a Spruce Budworm and this would have been the item first asked for three days ago. Haven't found one in three days even though I've zoomed my browser web page out so I can see more of the page and spent several minutes refreshing. Normally a bug turns up within a few page views.

not sure about the bug issues, but if ya dont have this useful code(it helps to avoid the zoom out by making all floaties appear in upper left corne) floating_item { border:2px solid blueviolet; position:absolute !important; left:5px !important; top:5px !important; } just put it in the customcss spot under personal tab, dashboard

Thanks for the tip. I only zoomed out today to make sure I wasn't missing the bug. I think there's something definitely wrong when one hasn't shown up for three days running. I've never had problems finding other bugs asked for.

I've been on the same bug catching quest for at least a week or so, and there's no sign of the bug I need (Elm Flea Weevil). I already have the floating item CSS, so it's not a case of it being hidden somewhere on the page an me just missing it. I know I could just buy it, but I shouldn't have to.

They don't change if the quest was not fullfilled. Last year we had to buy them and turn them in, so next day it can change to a new request.
