I think we all need some reasons to smile and feel better. So let's make a list of the things which can cheer us up and make us smile. You can post anything you want. A song, blanket, person, something which happened which made you laugh, joke, discovery, news story, your pet, fav food, weather, picture, saying, activity (this includes sleep), what ever you want. It doesn't have to make sense or be explained, just say what it is.

A few examples to help get things going: I knew someone who found horror movies cheered them up and made them smile because they found it funny to think there was a room full of people behind the camara.

One day while working outside, I found the rain had caused a heart shaped puddle to appear at my feet.

Something that makes the life sentence easier to bear is chopping firewood, and the sweaty tired condition that makes a shower justifiable.
