What a fun event! Thank you for hosting this.
This is the poster boy for the Ziaran law enforcement agency. Dressed in the finest dress uniform, he is just a pretty face meant to attract people to join the force, and he really doesn't know what he's doing. The force sent him to the Masquerade to get attention and hopefully recruit a few fawning fangirls, but now that there is a murder investigation people are foolishly looking to him for help and he is way out of his league!

Outfit Not Found undercover masquerade protection: the most coveted shift was awarded to him this year. the dancing was enjoyable until a scream rang out through the ballroom and chilled the crowd; he pressed the large jewel on his cuff to summon his crime scene drone to document everything that would follow & moved his shawl so that his Ziaran law enforcement badge was visible. the drone zoomed in moments later and he tapped it to record while a colleague rapidly approached him with his statement book and ushered him toward through the crowd, "this way lieutenant, we need you immediately -- and sir, you still have your mask on!" immediately.. that meant the worst, blood.
