Taxi (large vans special equipped for disabled people) is having?

Its about thier health and seems to worsen quickened?

Does it have a direct call line for the company? I'd try calling their central office and asking there first. From there maybe local DOT/ transportation authorities? Local health places like DSHS? Um any local disabilities advocate groups? Idk those are the first few ideas I get right away.
