I love your style, it's adorable! And I had to laugh a little at your comment about YGO fanart in the year 2023, as that is still one of my top favorite fandoms after all these years lol. I'd love to get something from you but am having trouble narrowing down the list of possibilities. Would you be okay with OC & Canon character requests (specifically YGO - I know that YGO hair is... A Lot™ to deal with sometimes), either platonic or ship-ish?

I only just started posting caps from episode 9 of season 0. It'll probably take me through the end of the year to complete season 0 and move on to season 1. I don't even want to think of how long it will actually take me to cap all 200+ episodes and post them lol

Sorry it is taking me a bit to get around to filling out the form. Work has been busier than expected this week and I'm still looking at my options of who to pick >_>;. The OCs I am considering are Sanura (who is married to Mahaad, the priest who became the OG Dark Magician; I have a little snippet story post on her profile for them) and Natalie (who shares a kind of subtle "will they/won't they" vibe with Kaiba; I don't have a story up yet for them but do have a basic run down on her profile). Do either of those sound more interesting to work with? I'm evenly split on them.

I can't make gifs either, I'm just really dedicated to getting good screencaps because I also make basic RP graphics in my spare time. The whole project started because I was screencapping parts of season 5 to update graphics for the characters I write and I decided to start sharing the caps as well. It snowballed from there lol

Username: Character Reference(s): Sanura; Mahaad (feel free to ditch the headdress and cape for something akin to this, just with the shorter hair length visible in some of the screencaps I linked. You can also click through his tag on that post to see other caps I've taken of him but they are mostly Dark Magician.) Sketch, lineart, flats, or full colour: Flat color Additional Notes: There is about a six inch difference in height between Sanura and Mahaad. Their relationship is one built on mutual respect (for both each other as individuals, and each other for the roles they play in society, with Mahaad being part of the Pharaoh's Court and Sanura being one of the chief attendants to the royal family) and love, and they nicely balance each other out. IE: Sanura is playful and bold, whereas Mahaad is more reserved and quiet. The two of them regularly tease each other, like the bit in the story on Sanura's profile, and lean into each other for support when needed. They are dorks but at least they are cute dorks who are mature responsible adults. The only other thing I can think of off the top of my head is that Mahaad is very reluctant to let her touch the Ring. If he is wearing it then there will be at least a bit of distance between them, which would mostly affect posing. They still have close contact, Sanura is just more likely to be standing beside him/curled around his arm than hugging him. I don't have any particular pose in mind but I can hunt down some inspiration after work tomorrow if you'd like, and I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about their relationship/history/etc. Confirm you have read my TOS: I have!

Running fan accounts of anything is a labor of love, I've found. I have been running this blog since late 2020 with almost daily posts. It's a lot of work and upkeep but I am determined to finish the project... even if it takes me five years lol But it's the passion projects of fans that keep fandoms alive, and I am happy to contribute however I can.
