Hello! I have created a ticket about this, but they said I needed to create a topic here. An account was suppose to clear on 03/28/2023, but it still hasn't! The account is called "Tay" (https://subeta.net/users/Tay) I only noticed because I am looking to change my username and that was one of the options. Thanks!

Have the programmers been made aware of this problem? I ask because the post above me was made a month ago and the account they mentioned has still yet to be cleared.

I have come across the same thing, created a ticket and was asked to post my experience here. I was attempting to change my username to Kiwi and was met with an error saying that the name was already taken. So I looked it up and came across an account that was 'eligible for clear since 05/20/23 at 3:00 pm', but it obviously had yet to be cleared.
