Rules that apply both to Design Sales and Commissions:

♦ I am no longer providing .psd files unless we work out a price in advance for this.

♦ Save your files as soon as you get them, as they might be removed from my hosting. However, I keep .psd files. There's a good chance I might have your overlay/image files if you have lost them. No guarantees, but it's possible.

♦ If an item is denied for any reason I will fix it. If hypothetically an item were to be denied 10 times you would receive a refund but this has never happened.

♦ I'll start on any additional recolors after the initial item is approved.

♦ Please use this topic or smail to contact me about a commission. Remember to ping.

♦ For payment purposes, $1 USD is worth 150 CSC. This ratio may vary but USD is always preferred.

♦ When you release one of my designs as a public release, feel free to ping the VicCW group once.

♦ Please credit me for my art when you release an item I drew. ♡

Commission Policies:

♦ I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

♦ I assume all payments are in USD unless otherwise agreed. USD items are always prioritized and first come first serve. CSC commissions may take longer. Please use $1 USD to 150 CSC conversion rate. I may decline CSC commissions altogether.

♦ If I find myself unable to finish your commission or do your item justice I will refund any payment.

♦ If you cancel your commission after I have started to work on it any payment will be refunded but I reserve the right to sell or submit the design myself. If you have something come up and are no longer able to pay for the commission you can ask me to put work on it on hold and get back to me when you can pay for it. A commission abandoned for more than a month I will consider cancelled.

Intricate beadwork, pearls, flowers, jewelry, makeup, tights, tattoos, tails, horns, shoes, shorts, skirts, ribbons, trains, headpieces, weapons and held items, form-fitting clothing, loincloths, vests and tops, auras, armor, fluttering petals, piercings, goth stuff, girly stuff, sparkles, foreground effects.

✔ Will Probably Do:

Small animal companions, hats, wigs, wings, simple backgrounds, base edits.

⊘ Not Currently Doing:

Extremely complex companions and backgrounds. Animal butts. Anything mechanical.

Commission Process

♦ 2. If I choose to take your commission, I will slot you and message you to clarify any questions I might have and finalize a price with you.

♦ 3. I will begin work on your commission, and send you a wip of the overlay, usually flat colored lineart. At this point in the process, if you need me to change anything (size, placement, shape, etc.) let me know. Up until this point I usually do not work on the item image, so if you have an idea or want to change the concept of the item image, you can do so up until now.

♦ 4. I will send you a followup message with any changes you requested and a wip of your item image. At this stage you can still request minor changes. When you approve of the images, I will proceed to the next stage.

♦ 5. I will make finishing touches to your images and send you a display image of both the finished item image and the finished overlay, suitable for posting in your shop thread if you like. At this point in the process, full payment is expected, and I would prefer not to be paid before this point unless we've made some prior arrangement.

♦ 6. As soon as payment is received I will send you the finished item image and overlay.

♦ 7. In the event of an item denial I will move fixing your item to the top of my work pile and make adjustments as soon as I can.

♦ 8. Once the item is approved: contact me about your optional free recolor and send color refs. Also, if you want to use a different display example image or style than the previous color, let me know!

Note: I tend to be slow in fulfilling commissions so let me know if you need an item by a certain date, say for an event or birthday. I will let you know if I can meet your deadline!

Intricate jewelry, most accessories, tattoos, headdresses.....$20-$30 or 2250 - 3000 CSC

Shirts, tights, shoes, corsets, horns, tails, blush, foregrounds.....$25-$30

Large Clothing, Companions, Wigs, Base edits.....$25-$50

For an Animated Item Image, expect to add $10-$15 depending upon the complexity of the animation.
