It probably made sense in the old days to have a long time between zaps. With so few people wanting to zap pets these days I don't think a reduced time would overload the servers.

A lowered time for an incentive to actually get and maintain a GA while also being an sP sink? Sounds good to me. There's users always looking for a good sP sink example.
