Two questions:

First, how often/on what time interval do the regular restocking shops update their inventory?

Second, do shops stock less at nighttime (subeta time) than they do during daytime?

I couldn't find any of this info in the FAQ, so any input is appreciated. Thank you!

not 100% sure but I wanna say

1. possibly hourly or so, tbh never really paid much attention to it

2. not that Im aware of, but it might be a possibility due to site traffic being different

it varies, but around every 5-10 minutes. Just under the shop name there is the following text: "Restocked x minutes ago." Now the shop isn't clearing and getting all new stuff, its just adding a few items at a time - sometimes nothing gets added.

I think the shops completely clear a couple times a day, but I'm really unsure how often that happens.

I've never been very good at restocking rarer stuff from the shops, so quite a few years ago, I experimented with shopping late at night in the hopes that I would get better stuff with less competition. It didn't work. So either time of day (or users online) does affect the odds of good stuff restocking, or I'm bad at restocking even without much competition (which is possible!).

Shops seem to empty out at 10 PM now. The confusion whenever the cron messes up and the timing changes is... tiring. It's been a long time since they cleared at 2 AM.
