My skin tone base will not show up

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? My eyes, nose and mouth will show up just not the skin color of my avatar. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Not really sure.

There is a topic for this linked below. This is a bug for the people who last saved their avatar in an old version of the wardrobe. I see that you have an open ticket, so I will let you respond to that. When you do get a reset on your avatar, please do not use any old outfits as those can break your avatar as well.
