So I'm looking for someone to do a better job than this for a shiny sylveon tribute item. I just can't do subeta style, it's not my thing and it's easier to pay someone else to do it than make a poor attempt myself that I won't like and it probably won't be accepted to begin with. Hopefully someone can attempt this. Also, is this enough changes? I was hoping the rainbow/heart-ification of shiny sylveon would be enough but let me know if it isn't and I can come up with a better tribute item
