Hey, I’m positive I unlocked the queasea back in 2021 but now it’s saying I haven’t? Is there anyway this can be checked please?

Thanks , apparently I’ve already chosen a skin, so maybe I had quesea to start with and then chose a different skin XD can’t remember what I did 2 years ago!

I also get a message saying I have already chosen a skin and I wasn't even around in 2021. Seems like just the default message. File a ticket to see if staff can take a better look at it.

I know I unlocked (and lost) Sickura but chose a different skin when this was announced, and proceeded to re-unlock Sickura the next year. Maybe that happened to you? Otherwise I agree, you can try filing a ticket. Good luck!

Hey- My HA is showing the last skin (ant agony) that I was getting during the event. I got a notice that it was finished but it is still showing (at the healer) in progress and does not have a check mark?? Help? LOL

have you saved your HA after removing the skin in wardrobe? (Take a screenshot of the skin showing on the healer's page first so you have proof if you have to file a ticket to get the skin unlocked)
