I can't sleep, the girls keep waking up since 4am for cuddles and food.. sheesh cats. So had a shower, breakfast and well 2 more hours to go before i go to work...

It was a rough day yesterday. My pup Sienna was hurt while playing with another dog at daycare. Luckily she only has a minor cut on her neck that should heal itself but it make for a very stressful birthday.

Welcome March! It is a beautiful day with sun on the mountains. She's coming in like a lamb but I hope she defies the saying and goes out the same way, as a mild lamb.

It's been unusually warm here and we only got the first notable snowstorm of the season a few days ago. I certainly wouldn't mind if that was the only one until next winter!

I am liking the new strains, doing the pumpkin one now. Hard to chose what do get but some are really gross. As this is my first year I want as many zombies as I can.

What is hugs member?

To answer your question, a member is chosen to get special attention for each month. They are chosen by members who message Salacaserra as to who they would like to be honored that month. Salacassera chooses one from those nominated. Members then can send them gifts or just write them messages letting them know how special they are. The person who nominated the winner is also given gifts by . I hope you are able to get all the zombies you want!

did a wonderful job explaining it, but the Hugs Lottery is random - it doesn't always go to the person who nominated the winner. Depending on the number of nominations I get, it might look that way, but both parts are completely random - I use a number generator. I originally added the lottery several years ago as a way to encourage nominations.

My favorite part has always been the names that the community comes up with for each strain.
