not sure if this should go here but is kinda a question.

fragged some stuff a bit ago(these were in my inventory) and they didnt. question is shouldnt they be fraggable? they list as item type artifact though, so not sure if its a 'bug' or not

Not a bug. They are from the rotating fruit/veggie shop Fresh and flavorful. All the items in that shop, as well as other specialty shops (Fine Fabrics, Five Seven Five, GoOutside, Medicontra) are listed as Artifacts, which are non-fraggable.

I think there has been talk about expanding the fraggables, but I'm not sure yet if its been done (if it has they haven't updated the fragging page that lists the rarities) and I don't know if they intend to include Artifacts or not.

I see got em from Ujin I guess(never bought things from tat shop)

I think one of the new battle challengers is dropping them (because I had some in inventory too), but they are still Artifacts because they aren't ONLY available as a battle drop.
