Masquerade question

I've never partaken in Masquerade before (sad, I know, since I've been a user for so long) so I'm not too familiar with the event. As far as I know, you have to wear a mask in order to participate. Correct me if I'm wrong please. My question is: is there a list of masks that will work for the event?

If you go to SubetaLodge and run a search with "Masquerade approved" and select Item Notes, it will give you a list of all the masks that work for masquerade.

There are masks that will work that aren't marked Masquerade Approved which are probably just SubetaLodge oversights though.

At one point, due to an ongoing glitch last year with the wardrobe, masks were made optional so you could essentially wear what you wanted. I think that still stands.
I use the chance to use handheld masks, personally. XD I'd much rather have those.
