I crept around for a bit to see if anyone else was discussing the game but didn't find anything...

Hogwarts Legacy is out now, is anyone playing or have plans to? I know there is a lot of controversy surrounding the game, is anyone avoiding the game due to that?

I personally have been playing for a few days now and have enjoyed it so far :)

I'm not able to play it due to poor hand control.

If I could find a used/second hand copy and my hands worked correctly, I would love going back to Hogwarts. I would be Hufflepuff, of course.

I've been playing it since the pre-release and have really enjoyed it! It's a lot of fun to just be able to explore and wander. I really like the combat aspect and the ability to care for beasts (they're all so adorable!)

I chose Gryffindor just to be really basic lol, but I'm gonna do a Hufflepuff run my next playthrough.

Aww I'm sorry you aren't able to play it, but even just watching gameplay is nice because you get to see the castle and all the secrets. That's the funnest part to me!

Yes the wandering around is so fun! Honestly I haven't even gotten to the part where you can care for beasts I've spent so much time just exploring :)

Also I chose Hufflepuff because that's what I got on pottermore, but I really want to see the Ravenclaw Tower so I'll probably do that one next.

When I took endless 'what house are you' quizzes I tended to get Hufflepuff but every now and again got Ravenclaw.

I haven't been able to play it 'cause I got a ps4 so I gotta wait but I'm still so hyped for it. I've watched a few lets plays and it looks so frikken beautiful i can't wait for potential DLC and sequels. My hope is we get a sequel where the characters are older and we can romance our companions, like a dragon age type thing y'know?

I preordered and even got the Twitch Drops for it, but I haven't had a chance to play it yet as I need to make space on my laptop for it. Still excited for it regardless.

I can't believe how much work was put into it this game. I love walking into the Hogsmeade shops and flying around. I chose Ravenclaw, which according to reviews had a boring questline. I've heard Hufflepuff's is cool!

I recently beat the main quest and have a few collections to finish... plus some glitched side-quests to figure out.

My partner bought it. I haven't played it yet, but I plan to! So far I've only messed with the character creator. Seeing him play, everything is so detailed. It's really gorgeous.

I've been really enjoying it. Its been fun exploring the castle as a student. Also the combat is really fluid.
