Unsure if this posted somewhere, but can't find it if it is. I have been online for over an hour, and still have a snowball stuck to my face. lol I see a lot of other HA's are in the same predicament. She's getting so c-c-c-c-c-old!

They are taking way too long to clear. I've had a snowball on face since I got on this morning. Even changed my HA to a new outfit (which usually clears snowballs) and still have the same one showing. I've also seen many people around the forums with this same snowball, so I think it may be a problem specific to this particular snowball.

Hi I'm having the same problem. I didn't even get a notification that I got hit, either. : So far it's been ~1 hour since it showed up, I think.

Same problem here. I think I was hit 2-3 hours ago.

the site is having some major resetting issues. It's all over the place. Snowballs, quests, vending, buffs, etc..... the only thing that seems to be operating normally are shop restocks, training.... maybe a few other things.

I seem to have a stuck snowball today too, along with all the other reset issues around the site that have been reported. I don't mind snowballs but that's because they're supposed to go away quickly.

My snowball changed, and while it would fit with my aesthetic, I wish it wasn't covering my face. So it needs to go away.

I've also got one stuck (although it's a lovely tiara!). Some people have reported theirs as having gone away but mine has been on for hours, so I figured I'd add my voice to this board. I also received zero notification of it.

My snowball has been on my HA since yesterday. I thought it would be gone today. Bought two dryers but they aren’t having any effect. Help please.

Three hair dryers and … I have no idea how many HA tweaks/re-saves and still it sits there. It is ugly. I want it gone lol.

Sigh. 24hrs of the snowball. Nothing gets rid of it. No point in changing my ha since the snowball remains.

No matter how long I wait or if I change my HA, that snowball won't come off...

Please, I just want this snowball out of my face 😭

Glad it’s gone, really wish I hadn’t had to waste the sp for three hairdryers to try and make it go. >.<

Hi , I'm not sure if something was going on with the system since reset was a bit wonky earlier today but last time this happened to me I just went to my wardrobe and re-saved my current outfit and it got rid of the snowball.
