Hi!

Sorry this is my first new year event.. I feel like I've had so many questions since re-joining the site.

First question: Is there a place to find out info on how events work for the future? I know there is an event coming up in Feb..

Second question: I've been collecting tokens with my quests and I put them into my currencies vault section. I've gone through and spent a ton of them at the shop but is there any point to keep saving them? I noticed I can't remove them once I put them into the currencies so I wasn't sure if maybe I should keep them out and maybe sell them?

I've noticed people collecting large amounts of them and I just wasn't sure if I was missing something they were good for besides the goodies in the shop? Thank you!

not sure what youre asking with the first, but guides for events will usually pop up during them...as for next month its basically a zombie themed thing, youll sign up to be bitten to obtain new or old strains that once you comple ca be worn as skins via wardrobe, also collecting candy hearts to buy things from l'amours shop

if youve gotten everything you want from all the years not really, but gathering em up can help with upcoming years or you can use them to buy friends etc wl items

What forum section do event guides usually get posted in so I can keep an eye out?

I guess I kind of meant how neo has a fansite with guides on how to do certain events. And they show different items you can get once they know.

So when I rejoined I got to participate in the end of Fireside. But I wasn't sure if I had gotten all the items or not or even what could be received.. so I didn't know when I could stop donating food or when I could stop donating stuff for the fire. If that makes sense? n_n

the guides usually show up in that events forum, so for next month they would be in the survival/pandemic forum(cant recall exact name) new skins will be a mystery on final outcome but you can see old ones in the wardrobe under the skins tab(some previous names are things like grosseies, yggdrasil blistered, etc) subetalodge.us is also a good spot to see em(and they will have what previous stages looked like)

Like Draken mentioned, Subetalodge has event items listed! So, if you aren't sure if you got all the items for something like Fireside, you can check there. You can put in years during the advanced search of items there, too.

There's also an item directory on Subeta, under the Subeta tab above, if you want to see all the recently released items & that's another way to check if you're missing anything!

February's event has two different shops that get new items, one that uses Candy Hearts like the New Year Event's Tokens, and the other uses sP so you'll be able to see all those items in one place.

There is also this pet guide with some information. I have it on my to do to further update

the on-site subetapedia (found under the "subeta" tab in the navigation) has pages for some of the holidays, as well as a full holiday schedule.

Thank you! I have never clicked the skins section so I didn't even know all of those options existed!! :o And perfect subetalodge was exactly what I was after! I've looked on it before but for some reason I thought it only housed the items? I must have missed the other stuff because I didn't know it had guides. Thank you again!!

Okay see I also didn't know the Item Directory showed things by newly released!! That's SO helpful when an event starts! So then I can just compare to that. That will be helpful to know going forward. Thank you! (:

welcome not all of those are from survival either, flameo is from getting burned 1k times(I think) by the rreign on fireside, that lace one is random from something with subeautique(makeup I think) some are from the zapper during morostide

I am always open for feedback on how to make it better for people. I have the basic how to obtain the currency part in currencies. What are you looking for in terms of information on events? Just when they are and how it is celebrated? Or are you looking for more than that?

Yeah, it's super handy! You can sort from descending order, to see the newest stuff first.

So kind of like what to do during the events / how to get certain items that you might not know as a newbie. Like for example Fireside.. you could donate food items for prizes and donate items to the fire. I didn't know what items were new to the event because I didn't know I could search items added to the site recently. But I also had no idea you could get a skin based on being burned like Draken mentioned above. :)

And then with Lumi I had a ton of fun gifting items but had no idea really what the fairy or snowballs did. I ended up being 1 fairy short of an achievement and I didn't learn until later when I found it in my achievements. haha I tossed a few snowballs and had some hit me but I wasn't sure if it was just for achievements (which is also cool!) or if there was more to it I wasn't aware of.

Just little things to know that you learn over time I guess! I hope that makes sense? I wanna get the most out of the events because they're new to me and fun.

Also when I look at the skins on Subetalodge it shows me all the skins but (and I may be missing it..) not HOW to get them. n_n

Yeah it does not show how to get them. I can try to encompass some of that but I unfortunately do not think I can cover it all due to character restraints. In general skins come during morostide via the zapper, survival for the zombie skins which progress on stages but only unlock during the final stage, and a few achievement related ones. I can also attempt to cover the human avatar borders but I am pretty sure those tell you how and when to obtain them. Thanks for your feedback though! I will get to working on it bulleted and see if I can fit it in.
