Someone has been using the trading system to their advantage... in a negative way. I have already filed a ticket and contacted the user... others have, as well.

Traders, please be cautious when accepting bids. Double check... slow down and breathe... make sure the offer is in fact CSC and not sP, as myself and a few others have done.
It's unfortunate, but I hope honesty and integrity win out over scamming (I'm not sure what else to call it).

If you are the scammer... I really do feel like you just created a side account, knowing that people would be excited and rushing to accept CSC bids during Black Friday Sales. Hoping that we wouldn't notice that the offer was in sP instead of CSC .... because we had faith and trusted our fellow Subetans. Congratulations... it paid off and you scammed REAL people out of their REAL (converted) money; we are not just pixels and avatars.

I remember when Subeta changed trades so that the sP amount was listed REALLY BIG so it was easier to read and make sure someone was offering, say, 7m and not 700k.

I haven't had CSC offered on a trade before, but an easy solution would be to change the color of the font, or slap an emoji (like maybe 💳?) next to the amount. It'd at least add an extra layer of certainty when reviewing offers!

Howdy... CSC vs. sP offers in trades .. if you'd like to add your feed back there. If not, it's ok. I figure if no one besides me asks for the change, it might seem too insignificant.

I also had this experience with a user recently - possibly the same user you are speaking of. Luckily I caught it and then read the user’s comments to see that they’d been doing this to several people. I blocked them myself. Sorry that you got scammed. :(

It probably was the same user. Glad you caught it in time. I was too excited to go shopping, that I noticed only after I accepted. Lesson learned. A costly one at that... Appreciate the thought. :)

On a side note... does an iced user still show up as blocked or do they just disappear from your blocked list?

I totally get it! Really sad that someone would take advantage of other users like this, especially around the holidays. :(

The user is still showing up in my block list. Glad they’ve been taken care of though!

Good to know thank you for the warning and that's pretty dirty of a user to do that but buying cw items i will never do again and now trades is on my list to never do
