Hey ! A couple of months ago, I made a group (mostly to save the name) to help fill up empty trees during Luminaire. You can find it here!

What is the purpose of No Trees Left Behind? The group is to help spread some holiday cheer. I figured we could use our ridiculously good organization skills to keep help keep track of and filling up trees, without any rules or definitions of what an 'empty tree' is holding us back. We also have some money in the group that we can withdraw to buy some items to put under trees.

Are we making our own thread? I'm undecided! We could make our own thread or join up with somebody else.

Do I have to donate to the group? Nope! While the group is helpful for storing some extra money to use, the main reason is help make sure everybody is in the same thread. You can donate if you want, but it's completely optional.

I love shopping! How can I access the funds? First, join the group, then send me a message (a comment or sMail is fine) to apply for an admin role. Once you're an admin, you'll have access to the funds. If you're an admin in NTLB and not an admin in NVLB, you will not be made an admin in NVLB. I have the right to say no and I will be more inclined to give the admin role to people I know and seen around a lot.

This is an update to how we're probably going to do this. I've said before that I'm largely undecided if we're making our own thread or if we're hopping with somebody else. We're most likely going to hop into 's thread (I've already spoken to confirm if they're doing it again this year and they are). Since we have the same goals, we and help each other.

However, I will also make a forum in the tree group for people to organize themselves in there. I put an example of how I think it could work in the Heartburn group but since most people aren't in that one, there's a spoiler for what I mean in the spoilers. These can personal or again, a group effort behind the scenes but I'll leave this largely up to you. If you want the ability to post twice in a row for something like this, let me know and I can promote you to an admin.

I will also say that I won't be here as much since I'll be busy at work. If something comes up and I'm not answering for whatever reason, is the person to ask!

And finally, the trees aren't the only things happening with NVLB for Lumi! I'm planning a dress up event (just for fun!), a secret santa, and I'll probably make another gift the user above thread.
