Hullo, II just got a councilor plan and in the things you get it says "Battle Opponent". Does anyone know how we activate this opponent?

I believe it is the bewitched bookcase which is a challenger in the cash shop tab

yeah you technically justed needed a Quester or higher for it. I am hoping they make more challengers for other collection items like bewitched plushie or a bewitched beanbag.
