Hello. I'm a total newb when it comes to pet zappers so I want to make sure of what they can do first before using them, yeah? I've heard of most of the other things zappers can give but what about stat changes? I'm assuming yes since I think I saw someone make a comment about it before. But do both v1 and v2 give stat changes and in both directions? Thanks! (=

Yes, both zappers can give stat changes. Although unlike the lab ray on Neopets, the zapper doesn't really have any significant gains/losses in any given stat over time.
