They should show up in the Seasonal tab based on the most recent announcement I could find, but originally there was one themed item in each quest shop

I too am hoping for a list of some type of the re released items. To go through each quest shop year by year is too much.

The news post has a list of all the birthday-themed items. Looks like there's one in each quester's shop (two in Mori/Nori's) instead of in Seasonal this year.

You can add those items to your WL or Ctrl+F for the names in each quest shop. The quest shops aren't organized by year. They go by price so you could also use the official price in each item's hover to get an idea of where in each shop to look for them
