Has anyone sold/bought lately as I have no idea how much it's worth. I haven't seen any information anywhere and would very much appreciate if somebody could share their advice on the matter.

The last topic on the item was created 03/26/22, which didn't receive any replies.

I swapped my Hydragellos Maniacal Core for one after the Gelly War earlier this year. They’re also now a prize from the Fanciful Box so several more have gone into circulation that aren’t achievement-bound. I think 400m would be a reasonable asking price.

[edit]It looks like they were selling for around 300m back in April right after the Gelly War. My friend sold hers for 290m.

I received an offer of 200mil months ago but I declined thinking it was too low as I saw someone asking 300mil for theirs. Looks like 300 mil would be more or less the value (at least for the time being)
