just today, i realized that user profile sections are moveable even when not in editing mode, and even when viewing someone else's profile. they behave as if you were editing the profile, moving other sections out of the way as you rearrange them, though obviously the changes don't persist if you refresh the page.

i have no idea how long this has been occurring, since i hadn't even considered trying to do such a thing until someone mentioned it was happening on their profile. at first i thought it was a bizarre coding issue specific to their profile, but i checked my own and other users' profiles and you are able to do this on all of them.

it's not really a "problem" in that it doesn't damage anything, but it is very strange and (i would imagine) unintentional.
