this is my first neugarten; when do the food trucks usually come?

I was wondering the same. Hope we have more than a day to visit them.

been wondering about this also, only says “soon” on the news page but neugarten ends in 2 days…not tryna be that girl I understand staff is fielding a lot but would be nice to have an announcement or forum post updating everyone about this at this point (48 hrs left in the scheduled holiday). ok done kvetching. love to you all, please stay safe & healthy.

okay, now that they're here i have a new question.. what is the point of the food trucks? i love the art, but are they just temporary food shops?

Yes they are temporary and a typical thing you would have for Summer not only that you can get Achievements from them

ah okay! i didn't realize there were achievements, that's what i'm going for :)

The achievements are Couch Potato, Taco Tuesday and Impasta

Lol nah just wanted to let you know just in case you got lost trying to find out what they were XD

there are also some "secret menu items" to be had if you do something special.

Ex: visit a certain food truck wearing an item with the keyword "Mortiking."

You can find a list of the items at SubetaLodge click here. The list includes stuff that isn't food truck related, but you should be able to figure it out. What you need to do is in the notes section.

back when it first came out, the food trucks were part of a larger event and we had some hints that there was something to figure out. Now those hints no longer exist in context, so there's no real way to know unless one of us oldtimers remembers and remarks on it.
