I'm trying to make scrolls but there are none available to make. I played around and made all my pets active one at a time to see if it was because of an intelligence threshold but they all say "there are no [element] scrolls!"

Did i miss something? How do i make scrolls?

Looks like a glitch. Another to add to the list of Battle quests, drills quests, missing weapons, etc. Its all battle related. I'm guessing its part of the old database table that got mentioned in the news the other day. Temporary Issues.
