Is it normal for a ticket to go unassigned for 7+ hours? I have never had this experience before since this system was created. I have a time sensitive ticket that has gone unassigned, so I am curious if I should create a second one, if replying to my own ticket will bump it etc.
Staff are probably busy and there's Time Zones that need to be considered also

Tickets are taken as soon as staff are available to take them! There are times when it may take longer for staff to take them for various reasons, but your ticket will be looked at as soon as possible.
Please do not create multiple tickets for one issue! Responding to multiple tickets for the same thing can take longer than just responding to the original one, and staff also like to keep all the information in one ticket as much as possible.
