Wayward Tales: Fog, Fleets, Fireballs, and--Vines? (OOC)

In this challenge, your team will be creating original and detailed spells and/or alchemical potions to defeat the fog, the fireballs, the fleet, and those nasty vines. You will need at least one, and no more than three, potions and/or spells for each of the threats. (Minimum 4, maximum 12) Your captains can post them in a little RP on the story thread.
Creativity counts in this challenge. "We conjure a large snowstorm that freezes the fireballs. Done." That might meet a really low level of basic, but it's not going to get you much of anything in the way of scoring. 5K in points are on the line, so have fun with this one. (And check out the Squirrel's Bounty. It's growing with goodies!}

Can Sorn use spells he already knows and i just explain what they are and do? Or do you want these to be new creations solely?

Probably not after he's just done this one summoning spell.... lol which may require some er clean up afterwards ;) He's very chaotic so it's hard to get him to er play along some times.
: Just to be sure, at no more than three spells or potions for each of the four perils, making that no mora that 12 spells or potions, correct? And the RP should be "Little," not a 10,000 word novella? Shoot! I gotta remember this isn't NaNoWriMo.
