When I'm buying stuff for quests and there's a bunch of shops all priced the same my tie-breaking criteria is shop name. I just bought from a place called 'Jones' Good-ass BBQ and Foot Massage'. Other highlights from today include 'This is just as boring to price' and 'That isn't very sP money of you'. Also 'stuff', because sometimes it's good to keep things simple.

My strategy is to click randomly when there are multiple, but sometimes my eye is drawn to a few shop names.

Sometimes there are sales pitches like 'Will Take WL Foods Or Tomes For HTS'. Could be successful at getting people to make a trade?

I'm trying to hit the Filled Wardrobe achievement so it feels fitting to buy wears from any of the 'FINALLY! Filled Waredrobe Was Achieved' shops. There are a few I've noticed, with different numbers.

I went with 'Oaken's Cloakens' for my shop to keep the Frozen theme. I like that we can name shops, it adds creativity and makes me feel a bit like a shopkeeper, haha!

The only name mine can explicitly remember is Mycopa. In Russian it means Garbage, though mine could be mistaken. Mine own shop, The Sinister Urge ties with mine being southpaw'd.

Every now and then I get a glimpse of a shop called "A disconcerting sudden lack of spiders" and it makes me chuckle.

I do the same thing! When I started doing it, I even sent messages to the shop owners who had shop names within my fanbase interests (Star Trek, Firefly, Discworld) or representing things I'm interested in (science, kindness, unexpected nonsensical humor). When I started my own shops, I named them all after Discworld people/places, and someone even sent me an anonymous gift with the message: "I appreciate your shops, and I appreciate you :)" lol

Lately I’m clicking too fast to notice but every now and then I do a double take on a name but the main one that stands out besides the other regulars is ༼ つ ◕_◕ ༽つ

It’s like it’s urging me to buy from its shop 😅 I feel welcomed
