Hi! My username was Eren, I changed it to itsbun with a Loyalty Box Totem thingy and now it says my account is banned every time I login (but I can still use the site) and my username is not showing up at all in some places. Is there a way to fix this?

Since this isn't something other players can really help with and the OP has been directed to file a ticket, I am going to go ahead and lock this up (and mostly, so we don't skirt the rule about talking about frozen accounts). :)
